Two night stay
Two night stay. An awesome place to stay. What a welcome we received from Rosemary. Shown to our bedroom with en suite, a small lounge and TV area to share with guests from one other room. Tea/ coffee making facilities available in room. Dog friendly. Donald served us breakfast and very fine it was too. Showed us Rosemary’s pottery on our departure and purchased a teapot and a “milk bottle”. Would recommend this place and will definitely return. Thank you 😊
Perfect stay at Persabus
Perfect stay at Persabus. We went to Islay for the annual whisky festival and stayed again with Donald and Rosemary at their farm cottage. We had a lovely time enjoying their hospitality and daily introductions to the Islay whisky delights! The cottage has everything needed to enjoy a stay on b & b basis, comfortable bed, great shower and exclusive sitting room where we could relax with a “wee dram” or two!

Great Little Cottage – All Amenities -Close to Port. We stayed here for just one night at the end of Feis Ile. Very comfy, very large and roomy cottage with parking, a garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and all you need to feel home from home. Clean as a whistle, a little bit dated in the decor stakes but if it’s charm you want, it has bags. Owners are very nice and friendly and see to all of your requirements. Highly recommended! Watch out for the midgies in the summer months, got chewed to pieces in June!
Wonderful Visit!
Wonderful Visit! We had to cancel our holiday last year due to Covid but managed to get to the island in June 2021 and had a great time! We booked Mill Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was lovely to meet Rosemary and Donald after keeping in touch throughout the year and a visit to Rosemary’s pottery shop is a must, beautiful handpainted ceramics and of course I took some home to Inverness! Comfy house with great hot shower, comfy kingsize bed, great utilities and Hebridean sheep, horses and Highland coos!! See you again soon and thank you for a wonderful, much needed, relaxing holiday!! xx
