A warm Highland welcome awaits you from the Fletcher family. Our family run working farm boasts a secluded position on the stunning Isle of Islay. Visit us and enjoy panoramic views of the Paps of Jura and the Sound of Islay.
Islay holiday accommodation with Self-Catering Cottages, a Farmhouse Accommodation Suite and Camping all on offer at Persabus, just four minutes from Port Askaig. Enjoy free Wifi throughout. Our Islay holiday cottages are an ideal base for families. Whilst our Islay accommodation suites offer smaller parties the perfect surroundings.
Persabus is the gateway to the north Islay distilleries. For whisky enthusiasts we are situated within walking distance of Ardnahoe Distillery, Bunnahabhain Distillery and Caol ila Disitllery. Buses run from close by to the south Islay distilleries of Ardbeg, Laphraoig and Lagavullin. Bowmore Distillery and Bruichladdich Distillery are also on the bus routes from Persabus. We are located close to the Jura ferry port for visitors wishing to visit Jura Distillery. Kilchoman Distillery is a taxi or car ride away.
We have our very own Pottery selling gifts and Island inspired pieces for you to buy as a keep sake of your visit to our beautiful Highland island.
Choose from a wide selection of unique and vibrant ceramics for sale, all individually hand painted, glazed and fired on the premises. Watercolour prints, and cards are also available.

If you would like to visit the pottery we are open for pottery sales. Message us via email or Facebook and we can arrange a time for you to call by. Or get in touch to arrange purchase of one of our ‘takeaway’ pottery painting boxes.
Across from the pottery is Charlotte Hannett’s jewellery workshop. You can buy from a selection of her ranges at the workshop or commission an original, bespoke piece. Charlotte also carries out jewellery repairs.

Within our Islay Pottery on the farm, we also have a Café, open year-round. Pop in and enjoy our farm cooked, home baking, loose leaf teas, coffee and sandwiches.
Rosemary and Donald live onsite in the main farmhouse and are on hand to help with any questions you might have about your trip.
